15% Mail-in Rebate Offer for NHIMA members

For any CWP title purchased by NHIMA members, CWP will give a 15% rebate of the purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, or other charges unrelated to the base purchase price). All you have to do is fill out the rebate form and mail it and a copy of your receipt within 60 days of purchase. This offer is valid regardless of where you purchase the music. The total rebate will not exceed 15% of the purchase price paid for CWP item or 15% of the retail price suggested by CWP for that title. Does not apply to the music of any other publisher. Rebate will only be offered for CWP titles. Allow 4-6 weeks to receive rebate.
